Monday Morning Meditation / Gratitude

Every Monday morning at 11:30 a.m. (PDT) I will guide meditation via ZOOM. Karla will follow with guiding us through a gratitude session. This space is created to share what our heart and mind desire, to remember who we are, and to find gratitude in the littlest things in times of uncertainty.
